FULLY hydrogenated oil is not the same, from a trans fat point of view, as PARTIALLY hydrogenated oil.

Well I am in the UK and everyone sells it here.
Aslo called dripping.
Can you buy ghee? It's in Indian shops, it's clarified butter.
