I've been adjusting my fasting and am not currently Fast5ing.
I'm eating my first meal after my early morning work out.
Yesterday, at 815am, I had:
2 slices bacon
4 egg yolks
3 oz cream
1/4 c rice
1/2 T butter
I felt hunger pangs about mid-day but kept drinking my water.
By the time my evening running around activities ended, I was home about
730pm I really wasn't hungry but felt I'd better eat anyway, which I did.
I was pleased to wake up hungry at 7am!
