Hi Helena-
I have to apologize. I spent close to an hour yesterday crafting an answer to this question and when I went to hit send, Yahoo Groups gave me an error and it all went bye-bye. I just didn't have the gumption to do it again yesterday so I'll try to answer more consicely today. :)
According to this chart which seems pretty standard ( http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm ) at your height a healthy weight for you is somewhere between 120-140. So using a little deduction, I would figure that 365-11 is 354. 354-130 is 224 (using 130 as an average weight for your height) . So in order to get down to a really healthy weight, you need to lose 224lbs. Then we take 224 divided by 354 is 63% bodyfat. Depending on your bone size and density, and the weight of your skin, you may be able to lose more or less. So I would think that the first number of 78.5% is closer to truth than the 35.64 number. Really, I would conservatively figure you to be somewhere around 65% bodyfat. This is just a guess from 6000 miles away and just going on the figures you've posted.
The charts posted above are notoriously low and really apply to people with almost no muscle mass ( most folks!) :) Now that we can look at a chart we don't really need to figure your LBM but just for grins... 354*35%=123.9 lbs lean body mass. And really WHEN you get down to 124, you'll still have some bodyfat, but it will be in the healthy range. 124 isn't your LBM, but it's good enough to start you off figuring caloric needs.
Hope that helps.
