Hi Rick

I don't know your history at all -- how much have you lost?

Of course when you are 365 pounds then 11 pounds doesn't show, but I hope its put my in the right direction.

Oh yes, low carb is the ONLY way to go. No way would I ever starve myself again on low cal and low fat.
