Re: [fast5] (Pamela - work outs)

Yeah, my friend works out for about 4 hours and sometimes more.  He doesn't work out but one day a week and he's had some fantastic results. This is where I get the "long" from.  And then once a month, sometimes it's once every two months, he rides his bike for about 100 miles...he doesn't workout that week.  I've done the 100 mile bike ride with him and it's actually not as difficult as it sounds.  It's on the Silver Comet Trail which was made especially for bike riders.

Namaste!

Thanks, Pamela.

I'll check in to those links when I've got some time.

The one word you used, tho, that made me curious was 'long'…

The work outs Lisa talks about are short, which is why I asked for you to tell me about your concept.

So many ways, eh?

Hi Karen!!

Also, in that post, I mentioned that "Lisa" (from LCHF group) was talking about it in reference to the, Body Science, book and that I haven't read it yet.  So, I'm not that informed on this.  But that I have a friend who has been doing this for 4 years now and has had fantastic results.  I thought it was ridiculous at first, but he's proof it works. In Lisa's post she mentioned that she only works out once a week.
