[fast5] Re: (Pamela - work outs)

I am going to try this power of 10 too, what can it hurt! I have been on this fast 5 for about 3wks and have lost 8lbs, but for the last week have stayed exactly the same weight, down to the tenth of a pound! At least I didnt gain I guess. But to breakt he plataeu am I supposed to eat just apples for one of my days??
