I think it's inappropriate to inquire about a person's financial situation on an open forum like this. But, I'll tell you...I may not be able to pay my rent this month, among other things...having a roof over my head is more important right now than a Wavesense...which, by the way, if you do a google search on them I think you can get those strips for around $37 or less (can't remember exactly). I did research it...just can't afford it. When I say that I mean that...Namaste! Pamela

I got the Wavesense for just under $9; got two of them (so I could test family members plus have it for a spare). Strips will cost over $50 for a month, tho, if I continue to test 7 times/day…

I most likely do (my brother, grandmother, grandfather have diabetes), but I can't afford even the cheapest gadget for that. I've looked at the ebay ones...great price...I think...worth the money... Just can't do it right now, so I can't keep up with that aspect of things.
