RE: [fast5] (Pamela - work outs) New member, curious, welcomes feedback



So Pamela, this style of working out does not sound like Slow Burn.

 

Do you have any recommended web sites that tells about it?

work out long and hard one day a week.  The theory goes that when you work out long and hard you're breaking down you muscles and you need that week for your body to rebuild. I have a friend who does that and he has had phenomenal results doing it this way.
