I broke through the plateau, losing one more pound. Have now lost 20...."only" 140 to go!
I'm doing the fast-5 schedule with low-cal. Amazingly, I seem to be losing 5 pounds/week; but I know that will not last. My sister the diet expert says the initial loss is always the fastest.

They say drink plenty of water to avoid constipation, don't know what you do once you already have it though. I've not suffered from it during 6 weeks on meat-only.
Never worry about plateaus! I didn't lose for 3 weeks, then whoosh - 11 pounds!
